Finco respects your privacy and seeks to protect your personal data. Finco does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information from its visitors. Instead, names, addresses, e-mail addresses and other personal data is obtained by way of voluntary disclosure, such as when visitors send enquiry forms or request Finco to provide any service/s. Finco will process personal data solely for the purpose for which it is provided, and for any other authorised use, which processing shall be carried out in accordance with the data protection principles set out in the Data Protection Act (Chap.440 of the Laws of Malta) and with good practice. Finco does not sell or otherwise disclose to any third parties any personal information that may be provided to it, save where any such disclosure is required for the fulfillment of any of its legal obligations towards the data subject or any public or regulatory authority or pursuant to a court order.

Notwithstanding the above, this website contains “cookie” software and other technology which enables us to collect information about how our web sites and services are being used and to manage them more efficiently. The cookie will only track general usage patterns and technical information about your computer type and will not be used to identify you individually.
