Through Finco Control Co Limited, a company within the Finco group of companies, which is recognised and licenced by the Malta Financial Services Authority, we offer our clients nomineeship and trusteeship services in terms of the applicable Maltese legislation, whereby Finco Control Co Limited may act as nominee shareholder to both Maltese residents and non-resident clients.

Finco also offers trusteeship services to clients through Finco Control Co Limited and this company is licenced in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act to act as a trustee in respect of Maltese trusts. We can also provide our clients with assistance in respect of incorporating trusts in Malta.
