Finco can act, or procure persons to act, as Company Secretaries to Maltese companies. We also provide support secretarial services to our clients, or to persons appointed by them to act as Company Secretaries of Maltese companies. Our secretarial services also include the provision a registered office address, as required in terms of the Maltese Companies Act, and a correspondence forwarding address should our clients require such services.
