The Trusts and Trustees Act provides for the creation of trusts under Maltese law. It is no longer necessary for a trust to be registered with the regulatory authority, however the Act sets out a number of formal requirements. Finco can assist clients is setting up a trust. Our services include the drafting of a trust instrument and assisting in the formalities for creation of the trust.
